Wallingford DADU
This 1000 SF DADU was designed for the owner's mother in the future, but as a long term rental now. To take advantage of the light, we flipped the typical layout. Bedrooms are on the first floor and the main living and kitchen spaces are on the second with a generous outdoor covered deck.
