Madison Valley Modern House
This new 2100 SF home is actually attached to the owner's existing home that we converted into the Attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (AADU). Prior to the 2025 Seattle Zoning code change, this was the only way we were able to fit the home on the site.
To take advantage of light and neighborhood views, we put the main living room, kitchen, and dining on the second floor. That is also where the primary bedroom is located. At entry level, there is a cozy siting room/TV room as well as guest bedroom and bathroom.
