This house was one of the last projects I worked on at Ross Chapin Architects. I worked closely with Ross and the clients from the first design meeting to the end of construction. The clients had lived on the property for 20 plus years and their old house was in need of foundation and roof work.  We decided to start over and build a house to meet their current needs and desires.
