This was a home I designed while at Ross Chapin Architects.  It is located in the backyard of an existing home in Bellevue. One of the owners wanted a cottage for her mother, who was downsizing from a 4,000 SF house.  I ended up doing a major modification of one of our GoodFit plans, the Betty Cottage, to customize it for the site and her mother's needs as she ages.
